1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern all access to and use of the jlsot website located at jlsot.cam, including all games, services, promotions, features, and content available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the jlsot Platform, you irrevocably accept these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms should be read together with jlsot's Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and jlsot.

1.4 jlsot reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible to open and maintain a jlsot account, you must, at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law;
• Not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or prohibited;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of jlsot or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software suppliers;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jlsot or any recognized responsible gaming authority.

2.2 jlsot reserves the right to require documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2.3 Players accessing jlsot from outside the Philippines are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. jlsot makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.

3. Account Registration and KYC Verification

3.1 To access real-money games and services on jlsot, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information as required.

3.2 Each individual may register only one (1) account on jlsot. The registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jlsot reserves the right to close all related accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances.

3.3 As part of jlsot's Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations, you may be required to provide the following documentation before your account is fully verified and before any withdrawal is processed:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine national ID / PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, PRC ID, or voter's ID);
• Proof of current residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of linked GCash account showing registered name).

3.4 jlsot reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account without prior notice if the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.5 You agree to notify jlsot promptly if any information associated with your account changes, including your email address, mobile number, or residential address, by contacting jlsot support at the contact details set out in Section 17 of these Terms.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlsot account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 jlsot will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jlsot requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jlsot immediately.

4.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified jlsot of unauthorized access in a timely manner and jlsot has confirmed receipt of such notification.

4.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact jlsot support immediately. jlsot reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any security concern.

5. Deposits

5.1 All deposits made to jlsot are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). jlsot accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online transfer.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱50, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change.

5.3 Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, jlsot reserves the right to void the deposit, suspend the account, and require return of any winnings derived from such funds.

5.4 jlsot does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may impose its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

5.5 Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for jlsot's operational expenses. Funds deposited are credited to your account balance for wagering purposes only.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity verified under jlsot's KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.

6.2 Before processing any withdrawal, jlsot may require full completion of KYC verification, including submission of all requested identity and payment documents.

6.3 Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed:

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: typically within a few hours of approval;
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers: typically 1–2 Philippine banking business days.

6.4 jlsot does not charge withdrawal fees on standard cashout amounts. In cases of excessive or unusual withdrawal frequency, jlsot reserves the right to apply processing controls in accordance with its AML obligations.

6.5 Any bonus funds or free spin winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawal amount prior to processing.

6.6 jlsot reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 jlsot may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.

7.2 Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the sum of the bonus and the deposit, as applicable) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

7.3 The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash prior to satisfaction of wagering requirements;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• jlsot reserves the right to modify or withdraw a bonus at any time, subject to any rights accrued prior to such change;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings;
• If a player makes a withdrawal prior to completing applicable wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

7.4 jlsot reserves the right to verify that the use of any bonus complies with these Terms and to request additional information from the player in connection with any bonus claim.

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

8.1 All games available on the jlsot Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently and are not influenced by jlsot or any third party in a manner that would prejudice the player.

8.2 Each game available on jlsot is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before wagering real money.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or game client failure — jlsot will use all reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-malfunction state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the wager refunded to the player's account.

8.4 Any wager placed on a game outcome that has already been determined, or any bet placed after the declared closing of a betting market, shall be void.

8.5 jlsot reserves the right to void and cancel any bet or game result where there is evidence of collusion, cheating, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlsot Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or through a third party;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Making deposits or engaging in transactions that constitute or facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are registered in the name of a third party;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with jlsot's software or security systems;
• Any conduct that, in jlsot's reasonable determination, is intended to defraud jlsot or other players.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 jlsot provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after logging in:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your jlsot account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at regular intervals during gaming sessions;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily lock your account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. A self-excluded account cannot be re-activated during the exclusion period;

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 jlsot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by or on behalf of a minor;
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or an authorized responsible gaming authority;
• A lawful order, directive, or request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

11.2 You may request closure of your jlsot account at any time by contacting jlsot support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jlsot reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals and forfeit any bonus balances pending investigation.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the jlsot Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of jlsot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlsot Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

12.3 Any unauthorized use of jlsot's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlsot, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the jlsot Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data;
• Loss of business or gambling opportunities;
• Any technical failure, interruption, or unavailability of the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or account;
• Any damage caused by third-party content or services linked to or accessible through the Platform.

13.2 jlsot does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are advised to maintain appropriate security software on their devices.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jlsot's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy and Data

14.1 jlsot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jlsot.cam/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jlsot's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to jlsot support, which will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve the complaint within 14 calendar days.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jlsot's internal process, it may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in Metro Manila in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration law.

15.4 You agree that any claim you may have against jlsot must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Failure to bring a claim within this period constitutes a waiver of that claim.

16. Amendments to These Terms

16.1 jlsot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

16.2 For material changes to these Terms, jlsot will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16.3 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2 of these Terms.
